Questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free on the Starter plan’s limits, with no card needed. Choose a plan any time from Settings → Billing. If you don’t, automation pauses when the trial ends; your data stays and you can pick a plan later.
Which currency will I pay in?
Customers in India pay in rupees through Razorpay (UPI or card) and get a GST invoice. Everyone else pays in US dollars by card through Stripe. You choose your billing country when you subscribe.
Is GST included in the rupee price?
No. Rupee prices are shown before GST; 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
What do the monthly limits for writing, videos and finding customers mean?
Each plan includes a monthly amount for writing posts, making videos and finding customers. Velocity keeps track as it works, tells you at 80%, and waits until next month when one runs out, so there are no surprise bills. You can lower the limits yourself.
Do I need my own Instagram or Facebook page?
It helps, but you don’t need one to start. Velocity walks you through making them step by step, and you connect them in a click. Velocity posts only to accounts you connect, and never sees your passwords.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Switch plans or cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Who owns the content Velocity makes?
You do. Posts, emails, videos and reports made for your business are yours to use. See our Terms of Service for the details.
